Diamond Surface Armour Returns Policy
All products you buy from Diamond Surface Armour store/s, warehouse/s, distrbutors and Online, with the exception of Gift Cards, are covered by the Diamond Surface Armour Group Returns Policy. *
With Proof of Purchase
If the product you buy from Diamond Surface Armour store is faulty or if you are not satisfied with it, then we will cheerfully refund the purchase price, exchange or repair the product.
For some high value items, Woolworths reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy. For products that cannot be assessed in-store, we will arrange for the product to be sent to the manufacturer (or relevant repair agent) for assessment.
It may be more convenient for you to liaise with the manufacturer directly (which may be more time efficient). You certainly have that option. Our service desk staff are happy to provide you with their relevant contact details to assist you.
To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must return the item at the service desk of any Woolworths Supermarket. Any cost incurred by you in bringing the item to the service desk will be borne by you.
If you have changed your mind
In addition to claims for faulty or defective products, we will cheerfully refund the purchase price where you have simply changed your mind and you return the product to us unopened, in its original packaging and with clear proof of purchase.
Without Proof of Purchase
Products with a purchase price of less than $15 will be either exchanged, refunded in cash or reimbursed in the original payment method.
If you do not have proof of purchase and you wish to return a faulty or defective product with a purchase price of $15 or more, we will, at our option, provide you with a Returns Card issued by Diamond Surface Armour to the value of the purchase price, which you can use in any participating store within 6 months from the date of issue. Where applicable, products may be returned to the manufacturer for repair or exchange, or we may reimburse you the purchase price in the original payment method.
If a refund is given in the form of a Returns Card issued by Diamond Surface Armour then the following restrictions will apply
- the card will have an expiry date of 6 months from the date of issue;
- the card will be distinguishable as a Returns Card issued by Diamond Surface Armour Our Responsibility to you
Without Proof of Purchase
If you do not have proof of purchase and you wish to return product with a purchase price of $15 or over, at our discretion, we will provide you with a Returns Card issued by Diamond Surface Armour to the value of the purchase price which you can use in any participating store, on-line store within 6 months of issue.
Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights, because your satisfaction is important to us.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, we are entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or refund.
To obtain compensation, you would need to provide documentary evidence of the loss or damage suffered, and documentary evidence that such loss or damage was a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a failure by Diamond Surface Armour to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law. Such evidence may include photographs, statutory declarations, receipts or reports (eg from a specialist), depending on the loss or damage.
Your rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. Diamond Surface Armour adopts the same approach. As you can appreciate the type of remedy we will offer you may vary depending on how long it takes you to return the product to us. At Diamond Surface Armour, we will always take a fair and reasonable approach.
- If your product cannot be easily returned to Diamond Surface Armour because of the nature of the fault, the size of the product or because it is affixed to your premises, please contact us and we will arrange for the product to be assessed and a suitable remedy provided.
- Where applicable, when you return a product we ask that you return the product with packaging, accessories and instruction manuals.
*Please note that all Gift Cards (including Diamond Surface Armour issued, other Diamond Surface Armour branded Gift Cards and all third-party branded Gift Cards) are subject to their own separate terms and conditions, as well as the rights and remedies provided by the Australian Consumer Law.
Over and above any manufacturer's warranty, Consumer Guarantees include a guarantee that the mobile phone will be fit for purpose, safe, lasting, acceptable in appearance and free from faults for a reasonable period of time having regard to factors like the type of product and its cost because your satisfaction is important to us.

If your products has a major fault, you have an option to:
- have it replaced; or
- receive a refund.
If the product does not have a major fault, then we will have it replaced or refunded.
Give us as much detail about the fault as you can, particularly if it doesn't happen all the time. Don't forget to also provide your preferred contact number to reach you on.
Please choose carefully as Diamond Surface Armour does not refund or exchange products for change of mind or wrong selections (unless we have in any way contributed to a wrong selection of the product).
Where a product has been proven to be dispatched, delivered, attempted to be delivered, where products have been damaged via transport without additional insurance taken to cover this occurance, has not been delivered because of the selected delivery method but not limited to; any chargeback will be void and an additional charge of $180.00 will be applicable to cover adminstration costs.
All stain, cleaning and other product guarantees do not cover, relate to or implied to fix or repair any physical damage to the quartz substrate or surface. This includes chemical uses, prior stain removal attempts or cleaning products and methods not approved by Diamond Surface Armour. Further information can be obtained here.
